Commercial architectural projects almost always involve tradeoffs between aesthetics, project schedules and project budgets. We recognize the importance of working with the corporate project team to identify the project drivers and constraints, and to put together a design plan that will integrate gracefully into any overall project plans maintained by corporate management.

We use the MS Project scheduling system to develop initial design schedules based on a template provided by the Architectural Institute of America Document B163. To see an example of this template, Click Here. These templates are adjusted as appropriate for individual projects ans made available as inputs for overall project administration. 

Our extensive use of design automation allows us to work within tight schedules, and to respond in a timely fashion when questions, issues or problems arise. In many cases drawings and other design solution documents can be data-linked directly to the customers site. High speed printers allow quick drawing turnaround after changes.
